China are World Junior Team Champions having beat Japan by three matches to one in the Volkswagen World Junior Championships in Bahrain on Tuesday 15 November 2011.

In the opening match Lin Gaoyuan defeated Japan's Maharu Yoshimura by 3 games to 1 with scores: 11-5, 10-12, 11-5, 11-8. Match can be seen below
In the second match of the final Song Hongyuan overcome Japan's wiz kid Koki Niwa 3-0 with scores: 11-9, 11-6, 11-9. Match below
In the third match Japan's Yuto Maramatsu defeated China's Zheng Peifeng in four sets with scores, 11-8, 11-7, 11-13 and 11-6.
However, the Japanese could not make a come back in this final as China's Lin Gaoyuan produced another high class performance to defeat Koki Niwa in four games with scores 11-8, 11-7, 3-11 and 11-5. This win secured China's victory to be classed as the 2011 World Team Junior Champions!
