I started Table Tennis the start of this year but i really like carbon alc blades they seem quite controllable to me
however i feel that my dignics 09c is a bit slow for me should i get Tenergy 19 or Dignics 05 for bh
or tenergy 05 as forehand or dignics 05

any recommendations for me?

if you can't handle 09C, then D05 would yield similar result. Stick with T05, the classic sweet spot.

no this is not i just heard that Dignics 05 is easier to activate the spring sponge

The joke is that none of these rubbers mentioned are suitable for beginners. It'd take a long time to type out an explanation so I'll let this video do the talking.

The gist is that playing with bouncy and sensitive pro rubbers as a beginner is not only a waste of money but is more likely to hinder proper skill development. You will, however, hit nicer looking loops during drills.

You started this year with a damn carbon blade and 80€ rubbers? My guy, sell that abomination and buy a sweden extra and mark v, have you learned nothing by watching ttd and reading this forum? Nothing will give you explosiveness, train with a normal beginner setup since you're a beginner.

Hell, I just got my first dignics from a friend that was ready to throw it away, and even though I'm experienced, 8 years, it's still a bit much for me. Even though I like it, and even though I can support it with my level, it's still pointless money spent and will hurt an inexperienced player's development.

As for the viscaria, I just stuck with it years and years ago when I played with Chinese rubbers, it was a nessessity when the new ball came because I played with hurricane 3. Went through many changes and still ended up with it, I couldn't replace it.

In fact, D09C is more explosive than both D05 and T05 when fully activated. D09C feels slow because it's harder to activate.

I would suggest you to "downgrade" to improve the techniques first. For example Nittaku Fastarc G1 and C1 are great rubbers and long lasting. Even Yasaka R7 is enough for today's game.
