My friend asking me if what is better for forehand and I don't know what to say so I need you all's opinion thank you. What is better D09c or H3 neo prov blue sponge 39° for Fh?

How much does he want to spend on backhand? Dignics 05 is very popular option. I think it will be good for block and attack.

Of course there are many $50 options and even $15 options.

For $40, maybe he can get Nittaku G1, which is a fairly safe and reliable choice for bh. Xiom Vega Pro is also a popular and safe choice.
For $15, I would recommend Yinhe Moon 12 or Palio AK47

Personally I would go with Bluefire M2, because the sponge is more medium hardness. Vega Europe is a bit softer I think.

Both should be fine though.

I am biased (against Bty) so Is say definitely H3, the “king of spin”…
