I've been offered these pair of rubbers recently but I couldn't find any review on them. It seems they are a new budget brand from Germany, but couldn't get much more info than that. The best I could get was a buying link from Poland, but no review can be find there:

Yes, these rubber have been on the LARC for a few years (since October 2018). However the brand is more known for their blades; I believe they have some (former) Yinhe blades in their blade portfolio (Stock, Hammer etc.).
