Equipment recommendations, what to buy?

So I'm getting back into table tennis after 2 years break, I've moved to Singapore at the start of 2021 and all my previous equipment are left in Myanmar. I used to use a DHS H-WH (chinese pen) blade with Hurricane 8 on the forehand and hurricane 3 on the backhand

Currently my options are (these are the pre-assembled options for sale currently)
-Xiom Feel AX Blade +Omega V Tour + Vega Europe DF ($74)
-Xiom Ice cream AZX + Hurricane 3 + Victas limber ($125)
-Xiom Feel ZX I + Omega V Europe + Omega VII Pro($88)
-Xiom Feel HX Blade + Vega Asia DF + Vega Intro ($88)
-Xiom Feel SX + Vega Japan + Vega Asia ($74)
-Xiom Feel S7 + Vega Japan + Vega Intro ($74)

My current budget is around ~$100 and even if i got the pre-assembled one I'd still get a hurricane 8 for the forehand

There is also an option of getting separate blades and rubbers but im not really sure what is good (maybe the dhs 301?) but hopefully a carbon blade

Everything except the ice cream is basically new, seems like the guy bought multiple from the brand to try out and sells the ones he doesn't like

Just match the component (inner / outer carbon layer, thin-mixed carbon / thick carbon, limba/koto top layer) and thickness of the blades with yours if you don’t want a big change. Also check the hardness of the preassembled rubbers and make sure they are medium hard (47.5) or above since you’ve been with hard rubbers (h3 / h8). They are the most important things.
