European Team Championships 2017, 13th - 17th September, Luxembourg
The European Championships are back!
This year it's Luxembourgs turn to stage the event! The previous championships shock winners Austria will be looking to pull off the upset again with an unchanged side from the team that won the title back in 2015. Robert Gardos, Daniel Haebesson, Chen Weixing and Stefan Fergel.
Number one seeds Germany are fielding a formidable team consisting of Timo Boll, Dimitrij Ovtcharov, Patrick Franziska and Ruwen Fillus. Portugal have selected the same team that brought them glory in 2014, Marcos Freitas, Tiago Apolonia and Joao Montiero. The French team consists of Simon Gauzy, Emmanuel Lebesson and Tristan Flore.
The last of the seeded top 4 teams is Sweden who can never be counted out of a team event. They have Selected Kristian Karlsson, Par Garell, Mattias Karlsson, Anton Kallberg and Jon Persson.
