Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

two layers of seamoon black

IMG_5676.jpeg

tomorrow i will test at the club

Seamoon Black does not curl the sponge as much as the Yellow in my case. It retains the hard feel of the Chinese rubber
yeah, in my case the rubber had a good curl. But it's still hard. For my second loki rxton 9, i will use seamoon yellow for more softness and speed.

My goal is to have something close to a cheaper hurricane 3 provincial be. I want to play around a bit to see if it's worth switching to the Chinese ones. For now, my closest experience is with the Rakza Z.

My main setup is a Harimoto ALC with two MK Hybrids. I put the Rxton 9 on my spare racket, which is an Innerforce ALC with MK Hybrid on the backhand.

if you want a """hint of tensor""" but really just a hint, give Rxton 3 PRO a go

the problems with all other H3 alternatives, IMO, is the lack of support from the sponge when hitting hard. They all are easier to play than H3, but only for light strokes and brushing loops

one of the few little pleasures in life that are free. Its so versatile too, one can pop the bubbles individually or several together. Then there is my favorite, grab a whole big sheet of them with both hands and twist strongly , imagine you are twisting your exes neck. No more money for psychotherapy is needed - so therapeutic :ROFLMAO:

Quick PSA:

Had a quick play test last night with a T100 red on the BH on a new model blade line I'm developing up, and it went really well. The blade in question had Red Gum outers and is a bit like an Australian hardwood version of a Stiga Ebenholtz or Rosewood 5, but with a bit more flex).

Rosewood and Red gum actually play reasonably similarly -- loads of spin if you brush-loop, and loads of hitting power if you engage the sponge. Still working on the blade so it won't be available for a while... Point being, If there's any Rosewood V users in the audience, a T100 might be a great BH choice and worth trying out if you don't mind using a heavier than average combo.

he he he, this will be putting the cat amongst the pigeons 😁
it's my own opinion though, my looping style is more hitting than brushing so I prefer stronger sponge. And I think that H3 has superior sponge, especially #22 blue sponge, many other brands are trying to imitate that blue sponge but didn't come close.
