The Lebrun + Bourrassaud/Dorr pairs have gone through their 1st rounds, way easier for the N2 french pair that has litterally destroyed Lebesson/Brossier in easy straight games. The Bros. had to defeat Deschamps/Golab and it's been a tough match for them, the world leaders really started wrong all those games but they've finally won 7, 6, -10, 9.

Both are now in the semis :
Lebrun bros vs Rolland/Rembert
Bourrassaud/Dorr vs Hachard/Ouaiche, that one's going to be entertaining for sure !

All the tables are streamed live via the FFTT youtube channel here

18:00 on table 1 it's Felix vs Leo de Nodrest

France is strong, De Nodrest is not going to make national team any time soon but clearly a very strong player.
Table 1 now it's Vincent Picard vs Thibault Poret, we'll see if Poret confirms his WR 59 and N4 french status in this nationals. Poret plays in Pro B only in Bruille with Flavien Coton but Bruille is on its way to finally reach the Pro A this season. Tiny club, tiny "arena" (already played there) but huge results and an important fanbase in the north of France.

Simon Gauzy to play on table 8 at 19:30
Alexis will start table 3 at 20:15

Poret and Coton are why I don't think we will see Gauzy in LA.

Not that obvious: Gauzy is a very good double team mate and he plays well with Alexis. Coton is a good double player, Poret not that much.

Simon now table 8 vs his brother Paul

Pavade... Nina is like 14?
Pavade can't play on empty balls, she's done a shitload of unforced errors when NGZ used her SP on FH to push the ball middle table, and each time or so Pavade's BH or FH topspins went off the table. She started to feel the tense, and Nina just had to keep the ball on the table, percentage table tennis.

Even When Nina just played the ball flat with her SP, Pavade was lost.

The young kid has been wise, no need to overplay, and that's exactly what she's done. Smart girl.
