Hi Ahmad,
Ivan asked a very similiar question (if you would scroll up a little bit...).
As a matter of fact, TT11 does sell Butterfly blades and rubbers! The thing is though, that if you visit the TT11 website with a "wrong" ip address, the Butterfly products are not visible to you. You would need either a VPN channel and select an estonian ip address or use TOR...
Just this very morning I went to TT11 using TOR and all Butterfly products they offer were visible. It probably has something to do with distribution rights, as Butterfly changed its distribition a few years ago and TT11 might not be allowed to sell Butterfly stuff to just anyone that asks for it, i.e. they might only be allowed to sell Butterfly items within a certain area (maybe Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, the three baltic states).
So it is in a way a smart and "economic" move by TT11 to remove Butterfly products from the views of (potential) customers from outside their distribution area, as they would likely have to tell them, that they are not allowed to sell them Butterfly products. It would be a lot of work for them, so they also probably want to avoid that kind of a hassle...
But maybe, if we are lucky, TT11 will go into more details here as to the reasons why it is that way...

That's exactly why. Butterfly typically has one reseller/distributor in each region (in the Nordics it's ttex.se). This is really bad as the reseller choses what products they bring onto to the market so certain products are pretty much impossible to buy in certain regions.
