Hi everybody,
Reading the posts in this Forum I came to idea (may be not quite correct) that if a blade is very fast rubbers should be slow to have good control without loosing the speed. Thus, which is a better combination for an optimal ratio of speed/control (Running with the hare and hunting with hounds):
A. Hard wood and soft rubbers
B. Soft wood and hard rubbers
The best option if a respondent notes a blade and rubbers used
Thanks in advance for those answering the post.

I am by no means an expert but I debated this myself recently as I purchased a new bat about a month ago. I think a faster blade with slower rubber is a better option. Seems like it would give you better options down the road as you skill improves. And if ends up being too fast, you can get good all around blade for really cheap
