Help me identify old 2016 HL5 commercial or "national"

Hey EJ's, here is a friend's (national league in France) blade. We are trying to guess whether it is a commercial or a national version (or none ?).

I always thought that nationals had the W968 marking on them, but this blade has the manufacturing date and batch number, which is why I'm asking.

It says Hurricane Long 5 on the blade surface as well as the handle.
From what I know, w968 doesn't have a print on the face at all, right?

My long 5 seems before 2022 so the "old" one. But I can say for sure this is not w968. As Tyce said already it has no print on the face. But then again I don't remember that print on my long 5 either lol. Did it come with a red card with the blades details?

The mystery is that I've never seen a commercial HL5 with a date and batch number printed on the handle. After researching online and having held 5 of them myself, they've always had letters instead. My friend got this blade from our head coach (former top 100 in France) who had it sitting in his storage. It's still a mystery to me, which is why I'm posting about it

Mines got a letter and the "batch number" afterwards something 130 or so quite high. Also only on one side.
This definetly looks like a different Long 5. Mine is from 2021 or so.

That version was the one I really liked and wanted to buy but I got this "newer pre 2022" version instead which I didn't give me the same feeling that I liked.
I always thought its because that testblade was very old and mine was very new and the playing style different because a new blade never plays the same as an old one.. Now it makes sense that they were not the same kind of blade to begin with.

Right, the oldest one feels very different and has numbers on the handle. Here's my 2014 HL5.
