I don't get the same noise when I boost.
Do I need to add more layers?
You're absolutely right. Need to penetrate.actually Pros hit very hard through the sponge and that makes the sound. Brushing won't help even with tons of boost.
indeed, when you brush decently the sound will be softer compared to flat hits blocks and drivesactually Pros hit very hard through the sponge and that makes the sound. Brushing won't help even with tons of boost.
it's a different sound. If you use hard chinese rubbers even without (or especially without) boosting you will get the sound mostly when you flat-hit.![]()
Szocs is barely blocking with 0 power and the rubber makes a monstrous sound.actually Pros hit very hard through the sponge and that makes the sound. Brushing won't help even with tons of boost.
your ear is the only microphone you need.Step 1: set up a microphone close to the table
Step 2: record your play
Step 3: boost the audio on hits
I use 2 layers of haifu. What oil do you use? From my experience, Kailin only soften the sponge, it won't make noise. Haifu yes, depends on your rubber. Hard chinese rubbers like H3 or Battle 2 will make the noise, if you boost them correctly.
2 layers usually good enough, IMO.
So you are suggesting it's all because of the technique and not because they are juicing the hell out of those poor innocent rubbers.hitting incorrectly (or not powerful enough) would also not give the full sound of a ball fully contacting the rubber.
an example is, the same racket, but used by 2 different players of different levels and the sounds would be different.
I use 2 layers of haifu.
These girls are using euro rubbers.....szocs uses tibhar.
Yes, those strokes that look small to you are far more impactful than you think on the ball due to concentrating the timing of the power (even if a small motion) at the exact correct timing, and being able to "hit through" the racket, this type of contact is what separates amateurs from pros. If you know, you know.So you are suggesting it's all because of the technique and not because they are juicing the hell out of those poor innocent rubbers.
This is hilarious.
Szocs is not even moving her racket, she's just blocking.
Oh but she's a pro so she's hitting so hard and perfectly but you would never understand this because you are not a pro.....
It's all her perfect technique....it has nothing to do with her sinking the rubber for 3 weeks in a pool of experimental booster made by the government
