How long does the shoe grip last

I've had my Stiga Liner II for about a year, they are still good (i think) and comfy but im wondering when i should switch
I hate new shoes, especially table tennis ones because they are so grippy out of the box
How long do shoes usually last? I think i play for around 3 hours a week

usually my shoes last 1 and a half year, depend on the ground you play. Expensive shoes have softer soles so they last shorter (My Mizuno Wave Drive 8 last only 8 months..) now I'm mostly using Lining shoes since they last much longer and cheaper

I usually change mine every 1-1.5 yr, and I play maybe 2 hours per week
