How to capture the ITTV live stream?

Hi everybody

Free live streaming on ittf.com (ITTV) has really improved in quality lately and in a tournament like the German Open with four live streams available, there are just SO many great matches to watch!

So I was wondering if any of you know how to record or capture the live streams in full quality (HD)?

I realize that it might be a lot easier to download the "on demand videos" afterwards, but the quality of those are not nearly as good as the live stream - unfortunately

Hm, I just posted instructions (using Quicktime Player and SoundFlower to capture the sound) but that disappeared. Maybe somebody considers the wish to capture streamed content inappropriate?

Not sure if that is even allowed but any screen capturing software will do.
