Japanese front man Jun Mizutani is regarded as the leader of the Japanese team in men’s table tennis, he is currently the highest ranking Japanese player in the world. With this it is no surprise that Mizutani wants to be training with the strongest table tennis players in the world in order to close the parominent gap that lies between him and the Chinese players.

Ultimately Mizutani would want to be training with world class Chinese players such as Zhang Jike and Ma Long, Mizutani is known already as an incredible table tennis player, having beat the likes of German players Timo Boll and Dimitrij Ovtcharov.
The Japanese star hasn’t always trained in his home country as he has also trained in Europe since he was young, taking part in the German League in order to adapt to the European style of table tennis. Mizutani has also participated in the Chinese Super League but he still feels that this is not enough and has even joked that he would be willing to pay to have a high quality training session with the world’s strongest players “I am willing to pay from my own money and turn down all my arrangements no matter what, just to have a good focused training session with the stronger players such as Ma Long and Zhang Jike.”
