Hi all,

i just decided to start with tt again after 30+ years. Loved it until age of 15, used to train in the club for two and a half years, but then other things took over. Anyway, had a few games some weeks ago and discovered still like it and even rusty as I am, I still have some decent feel for it.
Used to be Butterfly blade and Sriver but now bought a Donic Waldner WC89 and Rozena on both sides. Like this Donic blade, great feel and weight.
Perhaps a tad faster than needed for a restart (although after testing blade seems very controllable) but I feel it will not be an issue/will grow into it. Definatelly a combo that can carry me for a while.

Found a coach and first training this weekend, very excited.

Anyway, great to be a part of TTD communit.

Well, after first training, I can say I enjoyed.
Yes, there was a number shameful wtf balls flying but hey also many more of decent ones.
Not an EJ type but for those that care, Rozena seem more fast than spin rubber, but still not a canon. As said, aside from the occasional blunder which is more mechanics issue on my side, in general very nice.
Very pleased with the blade, handle is perfect for me. I have no clue how other carbon blades are, as said not into EJ, never felt some serious lack of feedback.
If there is a minus, it certainly is not the speed of the blade, this can also play slow, if you play slow/adjust. Maybe the only/small minus is that the whole thing is a sweet spot and that makes you lazy and you need to keep that in mind. Not sure if I explained well but that is my impression…
All in all,I enjoyed and looking forward for the next one.
