Looking for a new BH rubber

Currently playing with K3 on backhand and mxp on forehand on a timo boll alc. I enjoy the mxp, it's nice on fh, but the bh rubber is kind of eh. It's good in the beginning for a couple of weeks but the feeling completely changes. I've had this one for two months and it feels fully dead and hard to generate spin with. I'm considering changing to something maybe cheaper but also durable. I was thinking about trying the hurricane 8-80, or even the donic bluegrip c2. I tend to enjoy harder rubbers on the bh side, k3 has a nice balance of hardness and control I feel like. So looking for something that can replicate that. Anyone have any advice?

Flip around and see how MX-P on BH feels for you. There's MX-P 50 degree variant, but also newer (and harder) MX-D.

I’ll try that, I’ve considered mxd and mxp50 before but am worried about them being too fast for my backhand.

Yeah try the MX-P first and see if you like these style of rubbers on BH. Or if it rather should be more tacky. Perhaps Glayzer or Rakza Z.

Also decent choices. In the end your playing style is important, how you tend to use your backhand and how you manage incoming spin etc.

Yeah, just bought a fresh pair of mxp/k3 so I’ll use that but I’ll definitely try some new stuff in the summer
