Looking for an intermediate table tennis partner in Seoul Korea

Hi Everyone,

I am originaly from Canada, and I am living in Seoul Korea for the next 3 months.

I am looking for a table tennis partner around central seoul, to play on the weekend, or early in the morning on weekdays.

Although I know where to play, because I do not come with a partner and do not know other players, it is hard finding people around my level.

I am around the intermediate level, Korean players told me I was around the 4-5 bu level.

If anyone is interested, please let me know

4 or 5 bu is the average player there. You can just walk in to any club and 70 percent of players will be that level. Unless you are a real DIV 1 or DIV 2 badazz, lay off the chicken and beer bets for now.

please tell more stories of your south korean past. How much beer and chicken have you won in your lifetime. is it a positive or negative amount.

Tell us the toughest match you had out there that wasn't for a tournament. The one you took the most seriously. For the bits and pieces we can pick out of what you're saying, your life is more than entertaining to read about.

I think this is the perfect opportunity for you to make new friends.
The first few times you may feel lonely, but soon you will become a regular and know which guys you can hang out with.

Tony has a lot of weight with his last post. If you show up and show you like competing and like fun you will fit in and make friends. I made hundreds of friends from 50 different club visits.

There is a Korean male beer thing competition after tt but Koreans realized quickly beer was only a former of hydration to me with my German culturalization.

They tried to tag team me but that all that happened was a bunch of drunk jokers passed out on the floor after it was done while I snickered my Azz off like Muttley.

You declare one shot and who you challenge and you gotta down it in one shot. Koreans quickly realized that tt can get me thirsty.
