Fair Play first
Yes, I am now to confess, I used to think table tennis as the worsest cloaca of filthy cheaters because of the large abundance of illegal boosters all around the sport.
Nowday I do well admit that table tennis is standing in a level to skiing.😜 A huge crowd of skiers, maybe handred and handred thousands, still going on using a toxic stuff for tuning on their skiing equipment thus causing enviromental pollution a lot. The world's most filthy sport to all evidence.
However, there is an apparent difference in favour of the skiers as compared to table tennis players. I myself really favour the skiing associations for their Anti Fraud activities. Good efforts of theirs, indeed. It is not the case with ITTF, sorry.
It is a sore shame to see the World Skiing Government investing a lot of money into the HighTech testing machines, and they now deployed a permanent fighting against illegal stuff, while ITTF stays hands down.
We have now got a pocket-size tester to detect illegal boosters within a minute. ITTF went past this happy opportunity in silence, no response so far.

FIS widens scope of fluor testing after successful first season
The 2024/25 season will be the second following the ban on fluorinated ski waxes, commonly known as “fluor”, implemented by the International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS).
