It is different. Smaller pores vs larger pores, harder sponge, even more power but bit lower arc.

So whether it´s better for you, you´ll have to find out for yourself.

If you can brush the ball with ease, hard rubbers are good.

Yes, but for me it is too demanding due to its sponge hardness, I prefer regular 47.5 degree version.
