Ok actually I need help in setup reccomendations (1 inverted pips, 1 long pips, 1 blade), because after getting him a setup, he wants to buy a new one. He also has no ttd account so I'm posting for him.

Ok so this is basicly a rough overview:
He needs a spinny and controllable inverted (he he does a lot of forehand topspin hits)
He plays defensively (too much honestly, but who am I to judge)
He plays shakeyhand.
Also he's budget is bellow 400 Saudi Arabian Riyals or 101.68 euros at time of writing. If you can only give me a setup of higher budget I'll ask him if it's okay. But he isn't afraid to splurge money on tt (unlike me)
He is a begginer/intermediate (like plays at an academy but not that good.)
Also what is hardness and tackiness?
