Funny to see your post today, it had me wondering where I'd seen your name before then finally recalled it was from reading the Irish rankings a few weeks back - I see you in there at no. 24!
What part of the country are you in?

Please help Rory. He's not just a very decent amateur table tennis player or a coach. He also runs very popular tournaments in the south-east of England, which bring joy (and occasionally anguish 🤣) to hundreds of overcompetitive adults and juniors. Without people like him, table tennis would die in this country. So, please spend a couple of seconds and subscribe to his channel.

Hi I’ve got 6 montage videos on there! 😊
I’m Irish but I’ve now lived half my life in England. I travel over for the Irish vets tournaments and I play for the Irish vets teams. I rarely play Irish senior tournaments but when I do I do very well. I beat the Irish men’s number 2 a couple of years ago. I’m originally from Wexford.

I know a few of the folk down at Arklow TT, maybe you used to play there? I know there's no club in Wexford now, a friend of mine moved there last yr for work and couldn't find one.

Hi no I don’t think I know anyone from Arklow. I used to play in school in Wexford and had a robot at home then played for a local club St. Martin’s in Piercestown near my parents’ house, which no longer has table tennis. There was an excellent tournament scene and local league in County Wexford when I was growing up but we are talking 30 years ago. It fizzled out in the early 2000s. I moved to Dublin in 1995 for university.
