Need Forehand Rubber Advice

Hi everyone,
Im playing a butterfly viscaria with a black Tenergy 05, 2.1mm on my forehand. but this seems to be a little fast for me. Im not having enough the feeling that I can lift the Ball well enough. the viscaria i dont want to change but im thinking about an alternative to the tenergy. Im looking for something that allows me to keep longer in touch with the ball and is a little bit slower. Do you have an advice for me ?

Thanks in advance!

T05 already have a decent enough high arc compared to other alternatives like Dignics 05. May be you should pay attention to your FH technique. Alternatively, the Viscaria might be too fast for you. If you want to have longer dwell time, you need to go back to all wood or if you want to have that carbon mix, an inner carbon.

I would second the votes for Fastarc G1 and Rakza 7.
They are different rubbers but both are very playable on the FH and both have good durability.
Rakza 7 has a little more catapult and G1 has more top end power I would say.
If you're really serious about getting that FH technique where you want it I would start with R7 for a year and think about Fastarc after that

Hi guys, thanks for your answers. i still did now some testing. maybe the viscaria is really a bit to hard and stiff with the carbon. I also simply dont manageregulate the Power on the backhand with just 1.4mm thick pips. Do you have an alternative Suggestion to the viscaria for me ? What do you think about the Donic Waldner Senso ( not ultra )

Funny you mention the Donic Senso.
A club mate of mine went from his old racket (I can't remember what it was) to FZD ALC with D05 & D09C. It was too much for him tho he persevered for almost a year with it before conceding defeat.
He bought the Donic Original Senso V2 with Rakza 7 and Rakza X, he has never played better.
He rarely misses the table in open rallies and his short game is better too.
I've never used it but based on the evidence I've seen it could be a very good choice.

Take Fastarc G-1 MAX, or H3 boosted. but in my opinion keep to that rubber. Improve the techniques and it should be alright. I want T05 myself lol.
that sounds even faster than my current set up !? Any Suggestion on a slower Wood? Improving my technique will not really work. Im old, having max twice a week training and no Coach to correct me :D
