I played against an 1800 level (USA) with Rakza Z on his fh. The amount of spin on the ball was insane! The ball had such a kick, it was hard to keep up with the ball.
It's probably not the rubber. I dont think Rakza Z is so good...I think Extra Hard version is better.

Rakza Z is a spinny rubber, above average in spin but not that powerful, which is what most people desire in a forehand rubber (a combination of spin and power). But usually, your issues with spin are often more about your playing level relative to the player looping and your use of equipment. If you learn to block properly, you might not find his spin level as impressive, it then becomes more about his consistency and what he can do with that spin level.

Hi, I have plyed with rakza Z before. Right it is spinny and soft. It is spin sensitive off course. In the other hand it is very slow and heavy.

I think also it is not the rubber, player and play style.
