So we know Europe has a long history of table tennis leagues with nearly all the countries in Europe having leagues.

How would you rate the level (difficulty) of leagues?

Top place has France and Germany imo.
With maybe Poland that follows.

What would your top 10 be?

My guess would be

1. France
2. Germany
3. Poland
4~7 not sure what order, Austria/Italy/Spain/Sweden
8~10 not sure what order, Portugal and not sure.

If need to add France Pro B and Germany 2 Bundesliga could be higher than some countries highest division.

Quality in France is good, but how are they on top? It's been ages since they won CL

winning a champions league would probably be more about who is the top club in Europe, of which this thread isn't really about that, else I can just google the CL winners.
but rather the actual level of the entire league.

I see some CL teams that has a countries top team, but the rest of the league looks like a walk in the park. So that countries league would not match that of the higher tiers, if I can say it like that.

and not to mention for CL, some clubs brings in all stars, who might not be there during league time.

Some fair points, i'm not saying the league ranking should only be based on the CL winners either, but it's an indication of the level at the top. From the best league i'd expect to get multiple teams into the competition and regularly show up strong there with deep runs. The last time any French club even reached the semifinal was pre pandemic. If the performance is that lacking at the top i don't see how it can be the best top to bottom, even if it's extremly balanced.

yep, I hear you.
Maybe I am only looking at French Pro A now.
This season they are inflated with a lot of CNT A team (2nd string) players.
If they all show up, the boost would push the level up a lot.

Otherwise, based on your view, Germany does have way more CL teams for sure.
so if Germany First, France second, what would your other top 10 be?
