Recently, I compared the specifications of 60 rubbers available on https://revspin.net/rubber (which I find to be the most comprehensive source of information). My question is: which category would be more relevant for selecting a rubber - the individual ratings or the overall score?

You can't really trust reviews by people who doesn't post their ratings/level. My advice when I was a low rated player is completely bogus, i have no idea what i'm talking about. And I feel the same thing when i hear lower rated players give advice/suggestions. You do need to be at a certain level truely understand rubber/blade properties.

This is even more important when giving advice on techniques. An advice from low rated players(this include the player himself when he do those "self correcting" strokes) will cause injury 9/10 times which is really bad. When I self taught myself I cause scar tissue on my right shoulder and to this date, even though my right arm is theoretically much stronger, i can't lift as much compare to my left.

Consider normalizing the ratings a bit as a normal distribution rather than as a linear score and see whether that makes a difference. I can't fully interpret the graphs without some description but I think they all have some value. The main issue with the first is that price might not be accurate or normalized and it can be affected by really cheap rubbers which some player has given a high rating despite its objective quality not being that great.
