Recommend a BH Rubber

Hello everyone!

I am a FH loop oriented intermediate player. For my BH, I rely mostly on drives/blocks and am very (too) comfortable pushing. I have an okay BH loop against underspin but I barely use it; am looking to start focusing on it. Unrated but given the players I beat, I should be around 1400ish USATT.

My current setup for 4 months now:
Blade: Sanwei F3 Pro,
FH: Big Dipper 39
BH: Moon Speed 12 (med-hard).

Very happy with the blade/FH but the BH has felt very slow despite having decent control. I am looking to try out some budget, alternatives on the BH with the following ideal requirements:

• Have a little bit of catapult (not too fast)
• Good for looping underspin
• Decent short game
• Decent Block game
• Spin-insensitive

Having through through many threads on this forum during my lunch breaks, I have come up with the following list (will probably get 2 for 11.11.)

• AK47 Red
• Rxton 7
• Telson 100
• Battle II 729

I am already going to try everyone's favorite recommendation Xiom Vega Europe.

Would love people's feedback on their pick out of the 4 listed above would be? Or if there is a similarly priced BH rubber they would recommend.

I was using rakza 7 on my BH before and while it was fine I found it was a bit too bouncy for me for short game. Vega Europe fixes that problem and I can still loop with my BH nicely

I think AK47 red is your best bet. You might want to try Moon Speed 53 as well.

Rxton 7 is quite slow. Telson 100 might be worth a try...but I felt it was slower than AK47. Battle 2 is also a slow forehand rubber.

Oh i forgot, but Loki T3 might be a good choice for you as well. Its quite cheap and quite fast
