Rubber Recommendation For Inner Carbon Blades

Is there a general consensus on what rubbers are suited for inner carbon blades? If we can group these inner carbon blades as a category, can we say that putting a set of rubber will give additional speed and putting another set of rubbers will give it more control? For example., Inner Carbon blades are generally faster than all wood, so adding tacky rubbers to them would balance it out and make it feel like an all wood blade. Is this correct?

So is there a general recommendation on which type of rubbers go best with inner carbon blades? Tacky, grippy, soft, hard that can be generalized to be a good enough set up?

Agreed. Inner carbon doesn't automatically mean they have the same rebound speed, torsional and vibrational modes. Also, the top ply makes a crazy difference.

If you want a guide (being a bit more helpful here now), have a look at the awesome measurements done at ttgearlab. There you can make a generalisation that blades with a deep hold are suitable for NEO blue sponge hurricane.

Good luck mate.
