Today I tried these 2 rubbers, both unboosted. I feel that both rubbers are asking for booster, but apart from that they were both quite impressive.

Target 90 is semi-tacky, but the grip and topsheet quality just feels excellent. The sponge is H39, standard Chinese style dense sponge. The spin and grip is good. I felt I could do good quality loops and counterloops. Serve and short game and push all felt good, as expected. The throw angle is slightly low, maybe similar to Battle 2. Not terribly low, but I wish it was a bit higher. The rebound/speed is medium, just pretty much like unboosted H3. I liked it overall and plan on boosting it tonight. I think I will like it even more with booster.

Target Turbo Pro I tested on the backhand. It feels even harder, like H40 maybe. The topsheet also seems to be really good quality and grippy and semi-tacky. The rebound is higher than Target 90, so it suited my backhand quite well. I still think it could use booster and a bit more rebound. I think this rubber may be somewhat similar to H8. I really liked it. My only disappointment is that the sponge is much harder than I thought it would be. I heard the name "europe" so I assumed it would be softer and more like a bh rubber. But its legit hard rubber. Still, the rubber is very grippy and responsive, and I felt it was really easy to lift underspin.

Could you please post the packaging for both rubbers? As you know, Sanwei Target National's packaging is a mess. I just want to see what kind of packaging is for Target 90 and for Target Turbo Pro! Thanks!

Overnight I boosted the Targe 90 and Pro Turbo. The Pro Turbo reacted less, but it still has a decent bounce.

The Target 90 had a nice healthy reaction to booster, and it was a decent bounce now. I think this will indeed make for a great H3 alternative and great tacky rubber.

I'm thinking I should make a H3 alternatives Tier list

I tested the boosted Target 90 and it is quite nice. It has almost a normal throw angle, but still slightly low. Its not as bad as the Target Pro Blue. So overall, I prefer the Target 90 over the Pro blue.

But Target 90 isnt as good as the Target Pro 3 silver. Pro 3 is still more powerful and has better throw angle.

Target Pro Turbo doesnt react as much to booster, but its still quite responsive and nice.

I also tried out the rxton 7 h40. I found that it is waaaay better than the rxton 7 H39 i tested. Much higher throw angle, more kick, more rebound. Its like a softer version of LAC.

I think i will test lac and rxton 7 on the same blade to see how they compare

After a few more days of testing, I find the Target Pro Turbo to be a great rubber. Really good grip, good speed, good responsiveness. I think it's a really good alternative to Hurricane 8. It feels very snappy and responsive, but still with good control and catch. I recommend people try this rubber, it's quite unknown but really quite good both boosted and unboosted.

Target 90 is ultimately somewhat of a disappointment. I still can't get used to the weird throw angle. It's not absurdly low like some of the other Targets, but just that 5% lower throw really throws me off at weird points in a match. Generally when I miss, it's either because it goes into the net or because I make a weird stroke trying to adjust to the throw angle. It's a shame because I really love the topsheet grip. It's so shiny and looks great and feels really grippy and spinny.
