Seeking Advice on Switching to Xiom Vega Europe DF, Xiom Vega Europe or Omega VII Euro Rubbers

Hello everyone,

I play in the local premier league in Buckinghamshire, England and am an attacking player with a flat-hitting style. Currently, I use Stiga Calibra LT Sound rubbers for both my forehand and backhand. My blade is the Stiga Dynasty Carbon (Xu Xin) Penhold.

I'm considering switching to Xiom Vega rubbers, as the Stiga Calibra LT Sound rubbers are becoming harder to find. I'm specifically looking at the Xiom Vega Europe DF Dynamic Friction for my forehand and Xiom Vega Europe for my backhand. I've also read a lot of positive reviews about the Xiom Omega VII Euro and wonder if that could be a good option as well.

Before I make any purchases, I'd really appreciate your feedback and recommendations.

Many thanks!

Biao

Hey. Hey,

I'd try to follow the unwritten rule of being a little harder on the FH than the BH.

I find the Xiom Vega Europe to be a great soft rubber with decent rotation. It can be used on both FH and BH. I've never played with DF. Personally, I have a slightly weaker BH so I have the Vega Intro on it.

That's how cool a vega combo can be
FH: Vega PRO / VEGA X
BH: Vega EU / VEGA Intro

Alternatively, I personally am going to try the Xiom Vega Korea on the BH.
