Hi guys, just joined, about five minutes ago. I have a situation which is this. I have recently bought two sheets of Rakza 7 soft, one black, one red and duly stuck them on. My game is very spin orientated and is more important to me than speed, the problem I have is i love the black but the red is not as soft and not as enjoyable to play with. Would anyone have any idea of a rubber which is red but the same degree of softness as the black. I do realise this maybe impossible to answer unless someone has had the same problem as I do. Many Thanks, Spenno.

That's weird, they should be the same or the red a tiny built softer usually.
What thickness of sponge did you order?
If spin is your game I wonder if Rakza 7 was the best choice for you, there are spinnier rubbers available.
I can't really answer your question 'rubber which is red but the same degree of softness as the black' because I've never really experienced a big difference in two same rubbers of different colour so am very surprised the difference you are noting in the 7..

Dont panic. Rubbers often soften over first two to three weeks. Give them a chance to break in.
