Nothing really. Koto top ply with ayous core is very rare, and not many if any big brands work with textreme or tow carbon at all and in the Dynasty blade it's actually an outer carbon too. If you don't wanna spend the big bucks on one then you can "hire" a custom blade maker to do it. Sergio works with tow carbon so he should be able to make a replica for less.
You should check his website.

Isn’t DHS Hurricane King acB (the Xiang Peng blade) a koto top ply with ayous core?

Just wondering if there are other blades similar to the dynasty carbon by stiga? I find the weight, handle, feeling and speed amazing but don't want to put $250+ on just a blade

i heard that xuperman x1 blade is the closest blade to a dynasty carbon

stiga dynasty carbon composition is koto - some random thin layer of carbon BS called Textreme+ - spruce - ayous core

xuperman x1 is koto - ALC - ayous - ayous core
