I am hoping this thread could serve as the collective voice for suggestions of improvements to the WTT YT channel. And that it at one point will be send as a link to the CEO of WTT so he might implement some of what is said here.

Ill start:

1) Dont post winners interviews BEFORE posting the actual match. why? because now we already know the result. Takes the excitement away.

2) Why not show the handshake and celebration at the end of the game? People watching are celebrating the wins with the players at home.

3) Make 2 WTT channels. 1 for the top players tournaments only. The other for the rest. Its overwhelming how much is posted on 1 single channel and not everyone is a die hard fan and will watch the lower ranked tournaments as well. Its a lot of clutter to shift through.

I could write several other suggestions but ill leave it for others to come with suggestions too.

1 Ok
2 idk we could see Felix celebration for example?
3 Disagree with you. I sometimes watch a match I didn't plan to just because of that. They get some exposure and also I think it's good for the channels views.

What I would add is if you gonna make another channel would be for the camera angle. I feel like we won't be able to agree on one camera angle so having the option to chose one would benefit everyone I think.

I really like the slowmo in replays keep it up.

During timeout we can hear what the eg Chinese coach says to their players but since we don't understand it(or me atleast) a live subtitle translation would be cool.

Interviews after game are boring. Don't know how to make it more interesting though. Kind of want to know their gameplan but also understand they wouldn't want to talk about it.

I can see your point and I actually did watch a few matches this way too. Maybe its just me who thinks its a bit too much for 1 channel. Its no big issue and its good to hear others take on this too.

Another channel for other video angles sounds amazing too. pure luxury.

1) This part is laughable.....as you need to watch live
just like any sport, if you watch replays only, news media are bound to announce winners before your replay, so you will have the same problem in all sports.
2) then the whole store must be told, including coin toss for example.
3) Maybe one channel for live/replay and another for edited videos/short form

Don't waste your time, I can assure you they have zero interest in taking or even listening to feedback from netizens. They barely even take feedback from the actual players and people involved on tour.

Include the blade/rubbers model info for the h2h match preview graphic. This is a win/win for the manufacturers and audience. I've even seen someone in the YT chat wanting to know make/model of Hashimoto's shoes she was wearing.

Don't make the side view camera angle the default. Use it as an occasional view if you must. Never use the overhead bird's eye view. I like the camera work where the camera pans to the corner view from the beginning of the serve.

Add timestamps to the long sessions so we can jump directly to a matchup.

I know it's been said countless times, but Default camera angle should be the elevated diagonal angle. Side on you get a great idea of the depth of the ball but no sense of lateral movement from the ball. The old angle gave you very little perception of the depth of the ball/players. But diagonal provides both.

I think side-on is a great supplementary angle to use sometimes, but man I just do not enjoy watching WTT events when all the matches are there at that angle, and I'm surprised that the overwhelming backlash every single video's comments has had since the change hasn't triggered any kind of buzz from WTT.

But I think their biggest problem is beyond the cameras and the things they do/don't do for us. It's how the players are screwed so completely and that's the type of thing that can completely kill an already struggling sport.
