Throughout my entire journey in table tennis, I have been using Tenergy 05 and Dignics 09c. Previously I used 09c for my forehand side because I had not learned RPB then but a while back I switched 09c for BH and Tenergy for FH. I got the provincial version
(blue sponge).
I know Tenergy and Hurricane are completely different rubbers. I am looking for tips on how to adapt to this change. I have not tried rubbers tackier than 09c.

You need a more open angle with H3 due to the low throw. With Tenergy you always need a closed angle but with H3 you need to vary it more. The most gain is in the short game, service and openings. The most loss is far away from the table, drives and smashes. Tenergy loops best with full contact. H3 with brushing, but both ways are possible with both rubbers.

That's gonna be hard for your wrist, bro. Generally, h3 bs is harder than even 09C thus require more efforts and power. I know that's what you have decided but T05 for your RPB is actually better than H3 BS. T05 is easier to use, springier, and more forgiving.
H3 neo for my FH not RPB. I am using 09c for RPB and don't plan on changing it. I made it clear that I currently use Tenergy for FH and that's the rubber that I am using.
