Its my first time going to taiwan and staying in taipei at the LuckyOne hostel near Expo dome.
I want to play there. Any recommendations?
Whats the playing culture like?
Language barrier?
Do you need to bring a friend to play or can you play with the people over there?
Is the table per hour or a whole day rate?
Playing fee or entry is usually at what price?
Are there any table tennis shops to visit?
and Any tourist spot recommendations?

table tennis shop wise, buy from Japan rather, they are the cheapest between the two countries.

No solid rating system in my country yet. If its classes, I'm in the B Class. Intermediate level( I believe)
