Hi guys!

I am a beginner, progressing into intermediate slowly. I currently have a remade prospin carbon 7ply. I have been playing for a few months but I want to step up a notch. I am learning my fh stroke but haven't mastered it, my backhand it not that good. Does anyone have ideas for some good rubbers? Please let me know
Sanwei Target 3 is really good for learning.

There is pro and national, which one is, thank you :)
Neither. The Target National and Target Pro(vincial) are made for advanced players who use chinese style stroke.
If you are beginner-intermediate and learn euro style play you can try rakza 7 soft on both sides. it's easy to control, speed is quite ok and you can do anything with it.

Agree 100%, even H3 39 prov OS is easier to make slow spinny shots with. With Target Natinonal You have to really engage the sponge all the time. That doesn't work so well when trying to learn a new shot.

Do you think friendship 729 super fx is good? Also is the blade Sanwei Echo recommended? Please let me know ;)
I've never tried either of those products so I cannot recommend either way, sorry.
However, the Sanwei Fextra comes recommended by a few players in here so the one you've mentioned is likely a good beginner blade also, I see it's qualities are for control game.
If budget is a concern the best deals I've seen recently are these two.
GWEO https://tt-store.eu/product/mega-bundle-promotion-professional-racket-gewo/

DHS https://tt-store.eu/product/professional-racket-combo-hurricane-h-wh/

I'm not affiliated with the store but I've bought from them several times and always found them great.

One thing to note is that Tacky/Sticky Chinese rubbers is a different thing to grippy European style rubber. Those that recommend the tacky rubber are often players that grew up with them but they are different and require a different play style to use them properly, in my experience anyway.
It's easy to get bogged down in equipment choices and it's easy to waste money!
My vote would be for the Gewo, it'll do a good job for at least a year as you are learning and at your stage you don't really need anything more.

Rakza 7 might be good, but perhaps a more linear, softer rubber might be even better to develop proper technique and you may save some money as well. Check these out. These are all moderate speed, grippy, untacky, softer rubbers and easy to play with.

729 - Aurora Max, Soft
Yinhe - Mercury III Euro
729 - Focus III Snipe, 42/44deg

729 - Super FX is a bit more dense in the feel than these rubbers above, and tacky. Sanwei - Echo is a really nice 5-ply wooden allround blade. Highly recommended.

I'd prefer changing the racket to a slower one and work my way up from it, clipper structure blade is a good starting point. Master all your stroke with it and then when you can exert force properly, increase your rubber hardness.

Exactly my philosophy, but as it turns out I will probably stay with a slow setup as my force is constantly improving, no need for faster equipment really, we’ll see how it goes…
