I don't know about the US or France but here in Sweden most banks offers you to design your own Visa or MC. Pretty much anything goes (a pic of your dog, Gatien, a flower etc) as long as the picture isn't X-rated.

I have read in YouTube comments that FZD has been addicted to gaming (not sure computer or console or whatever) but it is a YT comment so take it with a grain of salt.

that's a good point. I can make a custom Visa for a small fee too, but never used that option though. Anyways, if that's not a made to order card, it's very cool then and that's not going to happen in EU any time soon... if ever
