Hello community,
Lately, I’ve become a huge fan of Victas products, having played with the Koki Niwa (carbon) blade for over a year, paired with the V20 rubber from the same brand. This piqued my curiosity about what other blades Victas offers, so I did some research online and discovered that the brand also produces blades for Benedikt Duda and Liam Pitchford. This might not be news to many of you, but here in Bulgaria, the Victas distributor does not offer these options, and I’ve never seen anyone using them.
My question to you is about your opinion and specifically a comparison between these blades and the Koki Niwa. Do they feel similar when playing and gripping the handle? How is the control on Duda's AFC version? Based on the information I found online, it seems the blade should offer better control while being faster. As far as I understand, Duda’s version is a 2024 release, while Pitchford’s is older (from 2020, I believe?).
What are your thoughts? For comparison, we can use the Timo Boll ALC or Viscaria, both of which I have considerable experience with. Have a great day/evening!
