What do you think of the Vega X rubbers?

At the moment I have an Acuda S1 (FH) and Acuda S2 (BH), would Vega X rubbers be a good choice for me?

Feel free to express your opinion on these, whether Vega X or any other rubbers in this series (Pro, Japan, Europe).

Many thanks for the help!

The Vega Series, especially Pro, Japan, Europe are no brainers for me if you play at an intermediate level. And the X is supposedly an successor to the Pro. Some say thats true, some prefer the Pro. As always its preference. If you can safe some money with Vega you should just try the one you would think suit you and your game the most.
My Question would be, why do want to change in the first place?

It is amazing for new players. I gave one to a new player and worked wonders for him.

Good question. I would say i'm tired to play with my Acuda. Plus these are no longer available in my region/province.
I'm curious to try The Vega series !

I think its really good. If you like S1, i don't see any reason why you wouldn't like Vega X

I have tried Vega X on both Forehand and Backhand. It is a quite a good rubber, and at this price point it would be a good choice. It lasted close to 4 months for me with 8-10 hours/week of training/games. For me, I like to feel the rubber bite on the ball and personally, I felt that there are rubbers like Hexer Powergrip, Victas V>15 etc. which offer this feel in a much better way for me.
Having said that, if Vega X is cheaper due to any offer then I can surely consider it.

For me the Vega X stands out a bit from the Vega line, because - or so I believe - it has kind of higher pips, and so it can produce really nice spin, but also is more spin sensitive. I played it on the BH (for FH it's too soft), and actually I preferred the Omega 7 Pro - spin was enough and blocking was better... That said, I think it is a good quality rubber, someone may prefer it to anything else, it's just that someone is not me... Cheers.
