Hey everyone!

I wanted to share something I've been working on that might interest club managers and coaches. I'm Matteo, a former player from TT Varese (Italy), and I've developed a complete management solution for table tennis clubs, called TT Club Manager.

The main features include:
- Practice session planning and tracking
- Match report generation (only for Italy, if you have your own write me!)
- Player database management (including medical cert tracking)
- Excel player import
- Push notifications for news/updates
- Training stats export
- Mobile support

I've been testing it with my club and the feedback has been really positive.
You can check it out at ttclubmanager.com/en/.
There's a 14-day free trial if you want to give it a spin (no credit card required).
Happy to answer any questions or take feature suggestions! Been playing and working in table tennis for years, so I tried to build something that actually solves real problems clubs face.

Thank you!

Matteo

EDIT:
Restored, thank you all guys for your opinions!

I have a question for you Matteo:

This is your first post on TTDaily. It is an advertisement for a product. It is a product related to TT. But it is an advertisement for a product.

The question is, do you have anything else related to the forum and table tennis to contribute here?

Or was this advertisement the purpose of your joining TTDaily?

I've always been passionate about table tennis and played for +10 years. Honesltly I find this forum just to promote my new service which me and my club use, but if it is not allowed to promote possible useful table tennis stuff just delete it. Thank you anyway ;)

People would likely be more interested in you promoting something TT related if you have been a member and made posts that contribute to the forum so people get to know who you are.

Interesting conundrum of sorts. On the one hand we don't want advertisers to use/abuse this platform's ready audience. One the other hand matteoricupero posted in the right sub-forum, and I've seen several people who seem to have joined just to sell their blade, rubber, etc.

I hope we can allow matteo and others to post their own creations and take action only if needed.

Ok thank you for the opinion. Can I ask you how much you pay your club subscription? Or how much do you charge for your club subscription if you are the owner?

While this software as a service might generally be useful to a handful of people (club managers / secretaries), it is clearly an ad in order to raise revenue. I looked at it, saw the price, and thought that my club money are better spent elsewhere (we need to upgrade tables for example), while I can do this all in Google Sheets. Also, at least here in the UK, bigger clubs get (software) support from local businesses - say a free session booking software for business exposure.

I would love to see a different approach with software like this - open source, where the original creator looks for people to engage in software building, either by contribution of code, or feature discussion. As for now, this closed product (no source, no self-hosting option) offers very limited engagement from forum members.

I think there are lot of club owners who are happy to spend an amount of money to have an easy to use and ready to use software for their table tennis club.

I started from a problem of my club in Italy, because not everything can be automated with a spreadsheet, and they are happy, so it might be useful to other.

I appreciate your opinion and work on it to think about changes to be useful for anyone.

Then why not reinstate your first post and let people look at it for themselves?
Carl didn't tell you to delete it, he just said:

The post is fully quoted (as of now at least) in the first reply. I also don't understand why OP removed it. So you can read it, and OP can easily reinstate it with a bit of copy and paste.
