I have a Xiom Cho Daeseong TMX Pro that I am gonna build with a DHS H3 Neo Blue Sponge and Xiom Omega 7 Pro. However, I am low on my DHS No 15 Glue, and recently I asked a friend to borrow his glue (it’s some chinese brand, idk it Ill attach a pic later) but he says do not use it on H3 Blue sponges. That makes me wonder, can I use the No 15 glue for the H3 and the other glue for the O7P and the blade?

This is the brand of the other glue that my friend gave me. Anyone know what brand this is and whether or not it is good?

To answer the question, yes sure you can use Dhs15 on your blue sponge and this glue on the other side...
Honestly, why not? What could possibly be an adverse effect of using different glues per side? This sounds like a classic case of overthinking things.

... For decades, there was no dedicated TT glue at all. People glued their rubbers with whatever they had on hand. Most standard VOC glues are actually basic common photo glues. And most water based glues are not much different than hobby glues with a few adjustments for viscosity.

Unless the 0C glue is runny (and will soak into the sponge a lot for that reason) there's no reason to not use it on the H3 blue sponge either.

Taking a shake of the 0 bottle, it does seem a bit runny. Also a concern I have
is whether I can use No 15 on the sponge of H3 and attach the H3 to the blade which has the 0 glue

DUAL ADHESIVES.

An American fellow came out with a concept of dual glues, two different types of adhesive for rubber and for blade. It is to say you should apply normal organic on the blade and white latex on the rubber. I think the same, considering water does not agree with plywood materials.

Using different glues is generally fine, but ensure compatibility. DHS No. 15 works well with H3 Blue Sponge, so stick with it for consistency. The other glue may affect performance or adhesion, especially on the blade. Test it first or confirm its suitability for O7P to avoid issues.

What is the weight of your blade and how heavy is your total setup? Does it feel head heavy? How do you like it so far?
