Some say Wang Hao had been taking it easy after Olympics 2008, but this wasnt the case, Wang Hao was back! more motivated then ever. Will this be the new road to Wang Hao dominateing the rankings again?
Perhaps, he is looking ahead now to 2012 Olympics and the form he is in right now, he has a very good chance!

Ma Long, on the otherhand, played extremely well, and im sure a lot of you fans are happy out there as there were concerning doubts that Ma Long will not recover from his long term ankle injury. Ma seems to be well and picking up his standard quickly.

The UAE Open 2011 mens singles final match began with a flying start by Long, taking the first set. Wang however, using his dominated, world class backhand managed to 'swing' things around and was back on track. It was neck and neck all the way to the 6th game. Both players chased ever ball, they new each others game so well. Who ever was on there best on the day would win this match up.

From wathcing the final, it seemed both Ma Long and Wang Hao have improved since there last performances. They both displayed some new serves and seemed to be really keen and motivated to win. Perhaps the rise from the chinease youngsters that are ever so improving thats making the top chinese focus and push themselves to there limit!

Who will stop them?

The next pro tour is the German Open 2011, where world number 1 TImo Boll will be particpating in front of his home nation Germany.

Stay tuned! If you haven't already seen the final, check it out HERE
