Could be anything,
Maybe: "I cant find good Training partners"
Or : "When my opponent serves long I have no Chance"
Or: "The humidity makes the ball slip"

For me: Our training hall isnt available as much as I would like it too.

Problem?

1. ITTF has not ban pips-out and anti yet.
2. Twiddling should also be banned.
3. In using pips-out both side must be the same kind: Long-long, short-short. no long-short or short-anti.

probably the mental aspect

as a player currently going through coaching and fixing bad habits, i think about technique too much during matchplay and it hinders my overall performance

the best matches ive had were when my brain was devoid of any thoughts, just pure focus and trusting my body to do the work. but to achieve that state of mind is pretty hard as when things go south you tend to just start thinking about what went wrong and vice versa. by then your body starts to stiffen up in an attempt to "correct" your movement.

Biggest Problem is to stay with one racket in the season. Switched a lot the last years. From Gorki Super Drive with V15 Stiff and V03 to Nittaku S-CZ with same rubbers and then Tenergy 05FX to Viscaria with 05FX to Korbel with 05 to Viscaria with 05 to S-CZ to 05FX. Now testing Acoustic with Rozena and Darker 7P-2A wit 05FX. But I want to try to stay with Acoustic and Ozean because it offers more control in short game.

Another problem is staying at the table and not playing from far behind. I really love it because its just fun but my results are better when I stay at the table and not playing from far behind. Therefore I hope that the new slower blade helps to improve short game and my playing style at the table.

i do not regard this as a problem and always take 2 - 3 rackets to the clubs. Yes I do have a certain admiration ,or maybe it is even envies when I see players that have the same setup for years. However, I do like to experiment with different setups and have long given up the idea of ever arriving at the "holy grail of rackets" that I will keep for the rest of my life. I had it once and then I smashed it in half during a doubles match. 😁

Yeah. I like to give new impulses, try different combinations. But I think I should stick a bit longer to a racket even when I loose 2 or 3 matches. Because when I loose I often think "maybe its the wrong rubber?" and start changing different things :D
But the next season I will try to stick to one combination. I know its not the holy grail but I think it will suite my playing style very well.

here is a good trick for you: Play doubles then you can blame your partner for loosing 😂

I don't know if I'm missing something obvious, but I find the tournament calendar here pretty lackluster. I would like to get some play in and see what my rating would be after such a long time without competitive play.
Lots of events for youth and para players but that's it.
