What is Carbon fleece?

I have seen it in many blades that im interested in, most notably in donic appelgren world champion 89. Will it feel similar to a hal, or something with a fibre but no carbon?

The Appelgren WC 89 actually uses Carbonfleece-Zylon (seen here: https://fliphtml5.com/ejujq/kvai => the WC 89 and the Nittaku S-CZ have the same structure and both are built by Soulspin); the Waldner Senso Carbon however uses only Carbon-Fleece. It is very thin and a very subtle fibre-reinforcement, i.e. blades using Carbon-Fleece usually retain some flexibility.
The Super-Arylate of the HAL (or Hyper-Axylium as Xiom calls it) is more "responsive" and imo generally superior in comparison to Carbon-Fleece, particularly in terms of vibration dampening.
