What size shirt should i order from tt-japan for UK sizes?

Hi guys,

I'd like to order some shirts from tt-japan but I don't want to order the wrong size.

If I wear an XL table tennis shirt from Andro, what size should I order that would be the equivalent for a Victas shirt from tt-japan?

I actually ordered a Victas outfit from TT Japan, but haven't received it yet. Victas has a size chart in their catalogue to help you:

身長 is your height, 胸囲 is your chest and ウエスト is your waist. They have another chart for shorts TT-Japan took directly from Victas. ヒップ is your hip, 脇丈 is the rise (although that might be a mistranslation and could be the total length) and 股下 is the inseam. The shorts measurements don't make sense to me to be honest and I asked Takkyu for help and he basically said to go up one size for both shirt and shorts.
