what are the rules of the tournament in case of equal points in groups
In group 2 3 players have 5 points 2 wins and 1 lose :

Name __________game difference______ standing
Lily Zhang ______10-9 _______________ 1
Diaz ___________10-7________________2
Pesotska________10-7________________3

I can`t find the logic behaind standing maybe they used points instead of games.

Zhang Lily, Diaz and Pesotska had equal points, the game difference had to be calculated only between them, excluding their matches against Zhang Mo. As it was 6-6 for all of them, the point difference had to be counted as well to decide the ranking, which was the most favorable for Zhang Lily.
