2024 WTT Champions Chongqing, China 5/30-6/3

Being a Champions tournament, lots of points and decent money are up for grabs with 1st round payout of 8500 USD.

Draws are out already. Hayata in SYS's quarter. Miwa in CM's quarter. Ito gets a 1st round meeting with WMY with the winner meeting the winner of Hirano/Meshref. SYB is in the same quarter as WYD but has a decent draw if she can overcome Szocs in the 1st round.

Hopefully, the organizers will be kind to those traveling from Contender Rio de Janeiro and schedule their 1st matches on Day 2.

God's got the right idea though, they're just backspins, you know how to loop backspins on both wings so just loop them. Don't push them back like the CNT players kept doing. Put enough power in it and no one can keep them short consistently.

Goda is having some issues adjusting between blocks which carry heavy backspin and hits which are more dead. Sreeja needs to keep switching it up to win because Goda is attacking her backspins too successfully on both wings.
