Hello,
I am used to hybrid rubbers on forehand like dignics 09c on viscaria. I tried xiom omega 7 pro for 1-2 rallies on another Viscaria type blade and it felt very pleasant with good feeling and speed. But was a very short time with the setup and I am tempted to try it. What do u all think about this rubber for forehand use? Please share your thoughts.

it depends what someone likes. My former coach used to play T05, and he never liked Dignics series and all those new generation rubbers even with plastic 40+ balls. He is not old 45 years old, but one time he said that he have to slow down because he is not as fast as used to be, he gets older, gained some additional kg's etc.. and he needs more control and time for strokes. That time he was playing Joola ZHQ-90 and glued on both sides Xiom O7Pro and after couple of months he told me that he found the rubbers which can replace T05 and with O7Pro he has more confidence, control and this rubber forgives a lot of mistakes, when you are not on the position, etc... I have also O7Pro on one of my spare blade (HK.Q Prov) but as I said this is a spare blade and it was playing too short to give detailed opinion but I really like it and wondering how it will behave on my Golden Viscaria. And anyone who gave a shot to try my HK.Q with O7Pro on the BH, was focused on that rubber how it matches well to this blade and BH. I'm still using T19 on my Golden VIS, but the idea is strong in my mind to try O7Pro next after T19 will be worn.

I just tried Omega 7 Pro today. Wasn't really even aware of this rubber until today, but I honestly think this is the best tensor I have ever tried.

Compared to popular rubbers like MXP and G1, I find that it is both faster, more stable, and more reliable.

O7P is a pretty good rubber as long as it lasts. I have it on my BH currently. I cant complain about anything, it is stable and spinny, reasonably fast.

After 40-50 hours of usage, it has lost a fair amount of juice. Its still playable no doubt about that but you can feel that the performance starts to drop.

G1 is much more durable but also slower. O7P has more catapult so it helps you to get decent speed on the ball even if your acceleration is not great.

So I can only recommend the O7P, but be aware of its durability. In my case, it lasts around 3 months (playing 6-8 hours per week)

I currently play this rubber on my BH of my Xiom Cho Daeseong TMX Pro and currently enjoy using it. I use 2.0mm and it gives me a good speed and spin while still maintaining control. It’s quite forgiving and easy to play. I will switch to the max version when my current one loses its grip
