lol
I guess you will never give this a rest.

Olympic value is Excellence, Respect and Friendship.

Not war or revenge or bullying

石田眞行/ISHIDA Mayuki (father of ISHIDA Daisuke) and Hayata's grandfather were approached by Daily Shincho and Shukan Bunshun for comments, respectively.

Ishida said this is the first time he's heard about Hayata's interest in the Kamikaze pilots, that they talk about the war every year but he never mentioned about them and wonder why she became interested. Daily Shincho points out that the 2023 movie あの花が咲く丘で、君とまた出会えたら。/Till We Meet Again On The Lily Hell could be the reason behind that interest.

According to Shukan Bunshun, Hayata's grandfather used to be a police chief and it's suggested that many of them are conservatives. He said he has not talked to her about the war but admitted to having visited the Kamikaze museum in Chiran. He believes that it's the people and the environment around her that cultured her sentiment toward the Kamikaze museum.

If anything, it's the Japanese media, journalists and scholars that are still on it. They still pump out articles every other day. Here is another one.

In the latest episode of 我住在这里的理由/The Reason I Live Here, 竹內亮/TAKEUCHi Ryo, a Japanese filmmaker who now resides in Nanjing, interviews 森永匠一/MORINAGA Shoichi, another Japanese who has moved to Shanghai after retirement. The reason? Japanese historical revisionism.
