First impressions with the Zyre 03 2.7mm.
If Forehand: Replacement for T05hard
If Backhand: Upgrade to Dignics 05.

The greatest quality of zyre 03 is how its an automatic rubber. Kinda like how tenergy is but in dignics' body. The hardness isn't asymmetrical.
The topsheet and sponge have almost the same give, so the amount of pace and spin you can send is insane.

It also feels softer than 09c, and similar hardness to dignics 05 just due to the soft topsheet.

Open-ups are very spinny and lands very deep.

Will continue trying as backhand rubber,
As forehand it does not fit my contact.

Hi u said upgrade to D05, can you give more detail in what way? Is it faster easier to use than D05? I have been using D05 on bh for over 3 years and at moment been testing D09C on bh but don’t like it, doesn’t generate the same speed as D05 at least for me anyway. So far zyre reviews have been mixture, lot of hate out there.

Cons
  • Chopping
  • Durability
Rhyzer 43 is capable of doing everything, like blocking, flat hits and everything well except for chopping. Chopping is a lot harder with tensor rubber usually and this rubber is not exempted from this. I use it for BH and the transition from a inverted classic rubber like Mark V or Sriver to Rhyzer 43 is easy. It is also a good FH rubber to experiment with to test out tensor rubber.
